1. Who are we?

With Martin Stuka's international baseball experience, IBTwas born back in 1983. We are situated in Southern California. We have been involved with Foreign Baseball Federations in numerous capacities over the years. 

2. What do we do?

IBT helps bring American Baseball to foreign countries. Over the years we have placed American ballplayers in different countries, sent baseball teams of all ages to play in international tournaments, created teams for international tournaments overseas and gained the respect of the foreign baseball federations. 

We help foster the belief that one of our ballplayers becomes not only a better player for gaining international experiences in baseball but also of doing something completely extraordinary in their young lives.
 
3. Who can join us?

Anyone who appreciates the nuances of traveling to a different environment and competing with different countries on their soil will benefit from this experience. We strongly believe that unusual experiences strengthen character and sets our players ahead of others in their current leagues.
